Bullish: We are currently @ 1.3799 in a range. IF we can break this resistance, we are looking for a move to the ATR Target @ 1.3865 area. A further target is at the R4 @ 1.3900 area. Watch the USDX for any change in direction. The ATR for the pair currently is 86 pips per day.
