Bearish: USDX is sideways and undecided at the time of this post with FOMC later today. We are currently @ 0.7437. We are looking for an initial move to the ATR Target @ 0.7368 area. Watch the USDX for any change in direction. The ATR for the pair currently is 61 pips per day and its 180 day average is 63 pips.
